The failure of the politic propaganda
In 1938, Leni Riefenstahl has finally made it through the 400,000 meters of rushes of her film "Olympia", shot during the Berlin Games. The film, supported the authorities, is applauded in Germany. But not everyone is easily taking in by the ode of human body and triumph of arianism that have little to do with sport or the reality of the Games where the Reich champions were often trounced. The United States boycott the film and refuse the opportunistic film maker the chance to see it in american theaters.
